Mothman

The Mothman was a supernatural creature that, according to accounts, terrorrized a small town in the Midwest ( I forget where exactly). Many thought it was a harbinger of doom, since after making many appearences, a nearby bridge collapsed for no known reason. It was made into a pretty good movie with Richard Gere. Very spooky! But I was pissed off because the movie never gave you a decent look at the monster. So I decided to draw him myself.

Oh, by the way, I know this thing looks absolutely nothing like a moth, I'm just going on the "eyewitness" accounts.

Mothman was reportedly seen in the early 60's, (1966 to be exact) in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The whole Harbinger of death theory is very odd, because sometime in Germany, a thing similar in appearance was seen outside of a mine and It wouldn't let anyone in. After hearing a loud explosion noise from inside the mine, the creature flew off. Upon entering, the Miner's found that the Mine had collapsed.
